Privacy Policy

Last updated September 10, 2026

This policy covers rinity.com and the Rinity platform. The data controller for the information described here is Isoastra, reachable at support@rinity.com.

Practice users

When a practice sets up Rinity we collect the account holder's and staff members' names, email addresses, sign-in credentials, the practice's business details (hours, services, providers, policies, phone numbers) and ordinary request data such as IP address and browser. We use it to run the practice's account, secure sign-in, deliver the notifications each user enables, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Callers

When Rinity answers a practice's phone line it records the call, transcribes it and keeps the caller's name, phone number, appointment requests and messages so the practice can act on them. This information is processed for the practice, which decides how long it is kept; the practice can delete a call's audio, transcript and grade from its Rinity account at any time, and Rinity then requests deletion of provider copies.

Messaging and consent data

When you enable text message (SMS), WhatsApp or Telegram alerts in Rinity we collect your mobile number or Telegram account, your consent record (the time, source and method of your opt-in) and delivery records for the messages we send you. We use this only to deliver the alerts you enabled, to honor opt-out requests and to meet carrier and messaging-platform requirements.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing. They are disclosed only to the providers that transmit our messages, as processors acting on our instructions and only as far as delivery requires: Telnyx (SMS and voice), Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, and useSend (email).

Withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, sending /stop to the Telegram bot, or turning the channel off in Settings › Notifications. Program details are in the Messaging terms.

Sharing

We disclose information to service providers that host and operate the platform, to the messaging and voice providers named above, to professional advisers as needed, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account data is kept while the practice's account is active and deleted after the account is closed. Call recordings, transcripts and messages are kept until the practice deletes them or closes its account. Consent records and delivery logs are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance and then deleted. Ordinary request logs are kept for a short, fixed period for security and reliability.

Your choices

Practice users can update their details, change notification channels and delete call artifacts in Rinity. Callers who want to know what a practice holds about them should contact that practice; we help practices answer such requests. Questions about this policy go to support@rinity.com.
