Terms of Service
Last updated September 10, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and the contracting party that operates Rinity, Isoastra, reachable at support@rinity.com. By using rinity.com or a Rinity account you agree to them.
The service
Rinity answers a dental practice's phone line, handles routine questions and books appointments according to the configuration the practice approves. The practice is responsible for the accuracy of that configuration, for how it acts on calls and bookings, and for its own obligations to its patients.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us about any unauthorized use. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe its security, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Messaging terms
Rinity sends staff-facing operational alerts by SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and email to practice users who enable them in Settings › Notifications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. The full program terms, keywords and reply texts are on the Messaging terms page; mobile opt-in data and consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Rinity and its licensors retain all rights in the service, its software, designs and content.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above records the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
