Program

Rinity is the notification program of the Rinity platform. Rinity builds and operates it and sends every message. Messages go only to Rinity's own platform users: the account holder and staff of a dental practice that subscribes to Rinity and enables alerts in their own account. Rinity never messages a practice's patients or customers and never sends on a practice's behalf. No marketing.

Messages

Staff-facing operational alerts about the calls Rinity answers for your practice: a new booking, a reschedule, a cancellation, or a message a caller left. Each alert is one line with a link to the call in Rinity, for example Rinity: New booking, Maria L., Thu Sep 18, 2:30 PM with Dr. Patel. rinity.com/c/9f8e7d2a. Message frequency varies with activity at your practice. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-in

Sign in to Rinity, open Settings › Notifications, enter your own mobile number next to the text-message or WhatsApp column and tick the consent box under the disclosure. Rinity texts a one-time code (Rinity code 482913. Expires in 15 min.); alerts start only after you confirm the code, and the confirmation reads Rinity: alerts on. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Numbers are never bought or sourced from third parties. The time, source and method of your consent are stored.

Keywords

Alerts end at once and one final message confirms it: Rinity: alerts off. Reply START to resume. END, QUIT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE do the same. You can also turn the channel off in Settings.

START

Resumes alerts on a number that opted in before: Rinity: alerts on. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. YES does the same.

HELP

WhatsApp and Telegram

WhatsApp alerts are the same messages delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to WhatsApp's terms; opt in the same way, opt out with STOP, by blocking the sender or in Settings. Telegram alerts come from the Rinity bot you connect from Settings; send /stop to the bot, block or remove it, or turn the channel off.
